About the Role
As a Staff Technical Project Manager, you will collaborate with various teams to define requirements, drive technology discussions, and manage project execution. Your responsibilities include developing execution plans, coordinating with technical teams, managing external vendors, and ensuring project management processes are followed. You will also track project outcomes and customer satisfaction, while embracing continuous improvement through Lean principles.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience, or an Associate's degree with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience, or a High School Diploma with a minimum of 9 years of professional experience.
- A minimum of 5 years experience leading and managing complex technical IT projects related to enterprise technical computing infrastructure or application products.
Preferred:
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Experience working with a global team.
- Proficient with modern project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, JIRA, Asana) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Six Sigma certification.
- PMP, Agile Scrum Master, or related Project Management certifications.
