Robinhood is seeking a Staff Technical Recruiter, General Engineering to join their team in Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY. The role involves leading full-cycle recruiting efforts for specialized technical roles across Brokerage, Crypto, and Core Engineering.
About the Role
As a Staff Recruiter focused on General Engineering, you will partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, manage searches from intake through offer, and serve as a trusted advisor on talent market trends and interview best practices. You will ensure a consistent and equitable candidate experience while using data to track pipeline health and adjust strategies accordingly.
About You
Required:
6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, including experience hiring for Backend, Frontend, and Engineer Management positions.
Demonstrated experience hiring for highly specialized technical skill sets such as cloud security, product security, security operations, or privacy engineering.
Experience partnering directly with senior technical stakeholders and providing structured guidance on hiring decisions.
Proven ability to build and convert passive candidate pipelines using multiple sourcing channels.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting tools (e.g., Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, or similar platforms).
