About the Role

As a Staff Thermal Engineer, you will have complete ownership of thermal design for various electronic products, conducting thermal simulations and analyses, maintaining awareness of heat transfer hardware, and performing hands-on lab tests for design validation. You will work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to define system requirements and enhance product performance.

About You

Required:

Master's degree in Engineering, preferably in Thermodynamic Engineering.
Relevant coursework in heat transfer and fluid mechanics.
Good familiarity with 3D software applications.

Preferred:

Experience in thermal modeling and design for electronic products.
Knowledge of thermal interface materials and their applications.
