About the Role
As a Staff Training Coordinator, you will participate in the planning and development of orientation and training content for new staff, deliver training in-person and provide 1:1 mentoring. You will teach skills in Psychiatric Rehabilitation, MANDT, CPR, and First Aid, and assess trainees' performance while maintaining training documentation and materials.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of related experience in education/training needs assessment, writing, and group presentation.
- Certification as a MANDT trainer and DLA-20 trainer within 90 days of hire.
Preferred:
- Experience in behavioral health.
- Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and mentor staff.
