About You
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Administration, HR, or related field required.
- 7+ years in workforce analytics, People analytics, or workforce planning.
- Expertise in analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, R, Python).
- Proven success in setting analytics strategy and influencing executive decisions.
- Advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience in a matrixed, high-growth environment (healthcare, biotech, or tech preferred).
- Hands-on experience using Workday, Power BI, and Glint.
