About the Role
As a Staffing Coordinator, you will work closely with the Staffing Manager and Nurse Managers to orchestrate day-to-day staffing needs, fill vacant positions, maintain time-keeping systems, schedule staff, assist with payroll, and attend daily bed meetings for admissions and transfers.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- 1-3 years related work experience required.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access.
Preferred:
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and oral English.
- Demonstrated knowledge of standard concepts, practices, procedures, and policies.
- Experience in providing high levels of customer service.
