About the Role
As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for completing weekly caregiving schedules, answering employee calls regarding staffing functions, ensuring newly hired caregivers have schedules, updating schedules daily, assisting employees with forms related to scheduling, documenting tardiness and absenteeism, consulting with administration on staffing needs, and providing in-home care during open shifts until proper coverage is found.
About You
Required:
- 1 year of schedule management experience preferred but will train.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Preferred:
- Scheduling experience in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to multi-task and problem-solve staffing needs as they arise.
