About You
- Bachelor’s degree with 8–12 years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 6–10 years, or PhD with 3–7 years, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated experience designing and operationalizing enterprise standards across multiple organizations.
- Demonstrated experience running a portfolio governance cadence.
- Strong written/verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a Transformation Office / Portfolio Governance / Operating Model stand-up.
- Secret Clearance.
- Experience building and maintaining standardized KPI/metric dictionaries.
- Familiarity with M365 collaboration tooling and governance automation concepts.
- Lean / process improvement background.
