About the Role
As a STARBUCKS/DEPT LEADER, you will be responsible for establishing a safe and clean environment, achieving sales and profit goals, and supervising all functions and activities for the Coffee kiosk. You will support the Deli Manager in daily operations, promote teamwork among associates, and ensure adherence to quality assurance standards. Your tasks will include training associates, managing inventory, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
About You
Required:
- High school education or equivalent.
- Effective communication skills.
- Knowledge of basic math.
- Ability to handle stressful situations.
- Current food handlers permit once employed.
Preferred:
- Management experience preferred.
- Second language (speaking, reading and/or writing).
