Finni Health (YC W23) is seeking BCBAs to start their own practice in Michigan. The role involves empowering BCBAs to establish and manage their behavioral therapy practices, focusing on democratizing access to autism care.
About the Role
As a BCBA practice owner, you will collaborate with the Finni Health team to set up guidelines, handbooks, and processes for your practice. You will communicate with the team on billing and insurance, provide supervision for Behavior Technicians, monitor treatment effectiveness, conduct assessments, and design behavior intervention plans. Your role will also include training clinical staff and collaborating with families to develop behavior support strategies.
About You
Required:
Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Valid BCBA Certification.
Applicable licensure to practice within the state hired.
Minimum three years experience in ABA, with supervisory roles preferred.
Strong leadership skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
