Summary
SpringHealth Behavioral Health & Integrated Care is seeking a State Director to join their team in Georgia. The role involves leading operations, elevating clinical quality, and empowering teams across the state.
About the Role
As a State Director, you will oversee services throughout Georgia, including staff leadership and development, financial oversight, operational excellence, compliance and quality assurance, and program growth and evaluation. You will inspire and mentor multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, ensure adherence to policies, and analyze data to enhance service delivery.
About You
Required:
- Active BCBA credential and licensure in the State of Georgia.
- Five or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role providing staff direction and training.
Preferred:
- Strong management and supervisory expertise.
- Proven clinical leadership experience.
- Deep knowledge of community-based services for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
- Experience implementing and overseeing evidence-based practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
