About the Role
As a Statistician I, you will support projects including single plaintiff, class action, collective action, and DOL audit client exposure analyses. You will identify data issues, perform analyses, develop solutions, and oversee the work of analysts and junior statisticians. The role requires effective communication with attorneys and clients, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
About You
Required:
- Minimum two years of experience working with data and performing data analyses, preferably in a Wage & Hour, legal, or HR context.
- Expert working knowledge of Excel, including basic and intermediate formulas.
- Experience in R, SQL, or Python for statistical analysis.
Preferred:
- Direct experience with California Wage & Hour laws.
- Ability to write programs/macros to automate statistical tasks.
- Master's degree in applied statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
