- Hold an active Ohio State tested nurse aid certification.
- Ability to lift, push, pull or move 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally.
- Ability to relate to and work effectively with the aging population.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Physical ability to fulfill ongoing functions of the position.
- Experience caring for residents with dementia.
- Experience working in long-term care settings.
