About the Role

As the Store Director, you will provide strategic direction and leadership to the dispensary team, ensuring daily operations exceed performance metrics and customer expectations. You will oversee product merchandising, develop staff schedules, monitor supply chain logistics, and ensure compliance with state and local cannabis regulations. Additionally, you will train and mentor staff, conduct performance evaluations, manage the dispensary's budget, and report on key financial performance indicators.

About You

Required:

Must be at least 21 years of age to work within cannabis.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail management position.
Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the cannabis industry.
Strong customer service expertise, including supervising retail associates and experience in handling invoices and cash.
Proficiency with various business technologies, hardware, and software, including HR systems for timesheet management, time clocks, POS systems, and the Microsoft Office suite.

Preferred:

A bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
Demonstrated skills in people management and development.
