- Proven experience in retail or customer service, ideally within boutique, premium, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret key performance metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized service and build authentic client connections.
- Proficiency with digital tools such as Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience in recruiting and developing a high-performing team.
- Ability to lead on the sales floor and manage operational tasks effectively.
