- 1+ year of experience in automotive service or retail management.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and computer skills (POS, cash handling, reports, etc.).
- Flexible availability — including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
