As a Store Supervisor, you will provide leadership and direction to a team, ensuring effective delivery of personalized service and advice while maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines. You will monitor workflows, drive operational excellence, engage with customers about loan products, and support the team in achieving sales and customer service objectives.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred.
- 2+ years of related experience working with customers and/or sales.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Notary License.
- Previous supervisory experience or demonstrated ability in providing direction and coaching.
- Good working knowledge of Outlook, Lotus Notes, Word, and Excel.
