EvenUp is seeking a Strategic Account Director to join their team in Houston, TX. The role focuses on partnering with high-touch enterprise accounts to drive growth and retention through strategic account planning and client engagement.
About the Role
As a Strategic Account Director, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, developing long-term success plans, and advocating for customer needs. Your daily tasks will include prospecting for upsell opportunities, engaging with clients on-site, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance product offerings.
About You
Required:
5+ years in Strategic Customer Success or Key Account Management, preferably in high-growth B2B SaaS startups.
Proven track record managing large, complex accounts with $1M+ in ARR.
Preferred:
Skilled at working with executive stakeholders and operations leaders.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking ownership without constant direction.
