Sphera is seeking a Strategic Account Manager - Industry & Manufacturing to join their team in the United States. The role involves driving growth within high-value Named accounts across the Sphera Platform, focusing on U.S. industrial and manufacturing sectors.
About the Role
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will nurture and grow a portfolio of strategic named accounts, develop a deep understanding of client business challenges, own the sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closing, and oversee post-sale implementation strategies. You will build and execute strategic account plans, conduct annual account reviews, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders while navigating complex sales processes.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of enterprise sales or account management experience with a proven track record.
- Sales experience in a technically complex selling environment, including SaaS.
- Demonstrated success managing strategic accounts and driving multi-solution growth.
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes and stakeholder dynamics.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and productivity platforms.
Preferred:
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including technical, product, and executive stakeholders.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic account plans.
- Ability to synthesize complex business needs into actionable solution strategies.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
