- 5+ years of relevant sales and account management experience in complex software sales.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Ability to carry a quota and a proven record of consistent quota achievement.
- Strong communication skills to effectively persuade C-level decision makers.
- Understanding of field service, workforce scheduling, warranty, reverse logistics, and mobile solutions.
- Experience working in a team environment with solution experts.
- Personal characteristics: quick learner, good problem solver, excellent initiative, and adaptability.
