About the Role
As a Strategic Client Executive, you will be responsible for developing a strong understanding of clients' business challenges, leading the business planning process, driving profitable growth, and articulating Ricoh's industry position to clients. You will also engage with sales and operations to support client initiatives and utilize CRM tools to track sales data.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 5 years of account management experience.
- Experience working with executive-level leaders within Fortune 1000 organizations.
Preferred:
- Experience growing service-based offerings.
- Demonstrated success using collaboration to build influence.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
