About You
- Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
- Minimum 7+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience, with preferred experience managing second-line leaders.
- At least 5 years of large account management and IDN experience in the healthcare industry.
- Strong track record in sales management, marketing, or other relevant functional leadership roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing joint business plans.
- Extensive experience in account management, collaborating effectively with customer executives.
- Proven ability to negotiate complex sales agreements.
- Expertise in strategic thinking across a complex portfolio.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of the US healthcare industry and Health Care Information Technology (HIT).
