About the Role
As a Strategic Growth Associate, you will conduct strategic outreach to targeted providers, analyze data to support growth initiatives, build relationships with referring physicians, facilitate communication, drive referrals, and collaborate with marketing teams to promote services. You will also track referral data and report on the effectiveness of physician relations activities.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- Three years of healthcare sales experience.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally/local.
Preferred:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong healthcare knowledge including industry trends and medical terminology.
- Project management skills to handle multiple initiatives.
