- 5-8+ years of experience in Creative Operations, Creative Delivery or Program/Project Management.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end creative production workflows across brand, design, copy, video, and digital.
- Experience implementing or administering creative tooling and AI solutions.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence, collaborate, and build trusted relationships across teams.
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with comfort navigating systems and process complexity.
- Experience leading operational transformation or change initiatives.
