About the Role
As a Strategic Marketing Manager, you will define and evolve Forge Health's positioning, develop and execute marketing strategies, identify growth opportunities, and manage go-to-market plans. You will lead content strategy, manage external agencies, and oversee marketing operations to ensure alignment with business priorities.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- 7–10+ years of marketing experience, ideally in healthcare/behavioral health; mental health care required.
Preferred:
- Experience in IOP/patient care.
- Proven success building/scaling content-driven programs.
