About the Role
As a Strategic Partner Development Principal Lead, you will open doors with potential partners, lead exploratory discussions, and evaluate/develop business opportunities. You will manage cross-functional teams, provide thought leadership, and mentor managers and associates. Your responsibilities include collaborating with Google Product, Engineering, Legal, and Sales teams on new product initiatives and strategic relationships that support online advertising.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in partnerships or partner-facing roles.
- Experience in immersive/spatial or Media and Entertainment content.
- Experience in business development or partnerships within the hardware and emerging technology sectors.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a cross-functional capacity within a changing environment.
- Experience thinking strategically to recommend and lead action plans.
- Understanding of technology-led businesses, including premium content business generation.
- Ability to possess a data-driven mindset and think across all aspects of structuring and executing agreements.
- Ability to unlock new opportunities and drive from concept to execution.
