About the Role
As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will identify, secure, and expand partnerships with general contractors, trade associations, suppliers, and technology providers. Your responsibilities include managing partner relationships, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with internal teams to align partnership strategies with company objectives. You will also represent Constrafor at industry events and track partnership performance to optimize strategies.
About You
Required:
- 4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances.
- Demonstrated success building and managing high-value external relationships.
- Strong ability to identify opportunities, negotiate agreements, and drive measurable business growth.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Knowledge of the construction industry and/or financial technology.
