About the Role
The Strategic Procurement Advisor (SPA) will create and drive strategic relationships with client procurement teams, particularly the CPO, to position EY for competitive revenue opportunities. Responsibilities include collaborating with account teams, developing negotiation strategies, providing strategic guidance during negotiations, conducting training sessions, and leading discussions with client procurement teams to align solutions with their business goals.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and business development.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful client engagement.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends, and client relationship management.
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Science (BS) degree in a related discipline.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree (e.g., Masters) in a relevant field.
- Purchasing/Procurement certification or relevant certification (e.g., CSCP, CPSM).
- Experience in consulting or advisory roles.
- Experience leading and managing high-performance teams.
