As a Strategic Sales Director, you will operate as a trusted advisor to executive leadership in financial institutions, helping them reimagine core operating models through AI-driven automation. You will identify operational challenges, architect transformation roadmaps, and lead complex buying processes. The role emphasizes new logo acquisition and creating strategic demand within targeted accounts, aiming to sell high-value, multi-year transformation deals.
About You
Required:
10+ years of enterprise sales experience with a strong emphasis on new logo acquisition.
Proven experience selling into Banks, IMBs, or regulated financial services organizations.
Demonstrated ability to sell complex change, not just technology.
Preferred:
Experience selling AI/ML platforms, data platforms, SaaS, workflow automation, or enterprise transformation programs.
Background in consumer banking, particularly in mortgage origination, underwriting, or servicing.
