About the Role
As a Strategy & Operations Analyst, you will take ownership of high-priority projects from ideation to implementation. Your responsibilities will include assisting in growth opportunities, supporting financial analyses, maintaining project roadmaps, collaborating across departments, building operational dashboards, and monitoring business operations for improvements.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- 1-2 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, strategy, or at a high-growth startup.
- Strong grasp of financial and business fundamentals.
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience building financial models.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A proactive, hands-on approach and flexibility to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
