About the Role
As a Strategy & Operations Associate, you will set strategy, develop partnerships, lead end-to-end projects, and own outcomes across financial and operational analyses, process improvement, and new product development. You will manage daily operations, perform data analysis, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and identify opportunities for process development and product innovation.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience.
- Bachelor's Degree with a record of exceptional academic achievement.
- Effective communication skills for conducting complex analyses and distilling insights.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently.
- Collaborative team player skilled at generating buy-in within a multi-team organization.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency with analytical tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, and Python.
