Salesforce is seeking a Senior Manager for Strategy & Analytics in Customer Success to join their team in Austin, TX. The role focuses on accelerating Salesforce's consumption transformation and shaping the Customer Success strategy.
About the Role
As a Senior Manager in Strategy & Analytics, you will lead the design and evolution of consumption roles and metrics across the Customer Success function. You will orchestrate decision-making among VP+ stakeholders, build data-driven points-of-view, and translate strategy into executable plans for field teams. Your responsibilities will also include building relationships across various departments and driving business case development for integrated consumption insights.
About You
Required:
7+ years of experience in consulting, GTM or Operating Model Strategy, Sales Strategy/Operations, Product Strategy, Corp Strategy, or related experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Strong ability to think strategically and analyze complex sales dynamics.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
Preferred:
Experience in a top consulting firm or high-growth SaaS company.
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage ambiguity and lead through change.
