About the Role
As the Strategy and Program Operations Lead, you will drive financial planning, build cross-functional partnerships, and implement an AI-first mindset in operations. Your responsibilities include managing budgets, leading procurement strategies, designing executive reporting, and enhancing operational efficiency through AI-enabled tools.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in program management, finance operations, strategic planning, or business operations.
- Strong financial acumen, including budget management, cost modeling, and procurement processes.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership.
- Experience partnering with or supporting IT or technology organizations.
- Proven track record of building cross-functional relationships.
- Systematic, analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and navigating complex environments.
- MBA degree, or equivalent experience.
Preferred:
- 8+ years of experience, including direct exposure to enterprise security, IT operations, or compliance programs.
- Background at a mid-to-large technology company.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to streamline operations.
- Experience with strategic planning frameworks such as OKRs.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to synthesize complex data.
- A self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
