- 4-5 years of experience from a strategy consulting firm or an in-house corporate strategy function.
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
- A relevant master’s degree in business administration, strategy, marketing, finance, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in financial modeling for loyalty programs.
- Experience working in complex stakeholder environments at a global level.
