About the Role
As a Strategy& Deals Strategy Manager, you will analyze market trends, assess business opportunities, and develop strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed decisions regarding their deals. You will oversee teams, mentor junior staff, manage client accounts, and leverage technology to enhance service delivery. Your responsibilities will include driving engagement workstreams and analyzing complex data to inform strategic decisions.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- 5 years of experience in software development, product management, technology consulting, or corporate development at a software or software-enabled business.
Preferred:
- Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management.
- Exposure to M&A environments and transformation.
- Experience with SaaS platforms and cloud technologies.
- Leading small teams in dynamic settings.
- Identifying product-related innovation opportunities.
- Demonstrating clear communication and collaboration skills.
