About the Role
As a Strategy Insights & Planning Associate Consultant, you will leverage problem-solving skills to develop solutions for clients' business problems, assist in market research, contribute to pipeline strategy, design custom analyses, communicate results, and mentor Associates. You will work across various areas including customer insights, strategy, and transformation projects.
About You
Required:
- PhD or Masters with bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as business, economics, marketing, psychology, life sciences, or social sciences.
- 3-6+ years of relevant post-study professional experience in lieu of a PhD.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- High motivation, good work ethic, and personal initiative.
Preferred:
- Experience in market research and data analytics.
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
- Aptitude for team leadership and collaborative problem-solving.
