About the Role
As a Strategy Insights & Planning Manager, you will lead project teams, develop ongoing relationships with clients, and provide thought leadership within projects. Your responsibilities will include managing multiple projects, coaching team members, and contributing to capability building and knowledge creation within the firm.
About You
Required:
- MBA from a top university strongly preferred, with a record of strong academic performance.
- Approximately 6-8+ years of prior management consulting experience.
- Record of successful and continued business development.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in oral and written form.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to influence others.
- Analytic problem solving skills, with an ability both to see the big picture and delve into details.
- Excellent organization & planning skills.
