About the Role
About You
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, industry strategy, or a related advisory role.
- Demonstrated strategy consulting skillset, including business case development, financial modeling, market analysis, and executive-level presentation creation.
- Utilities industry experience, with exposure to Transmission & Distribution, Power Generation, Energy Retail & Customer Operations, or Renewables.
- Strong understanding of utility industry challenges such as load growth, cost optimization, and regulatory environments.
- Proven ability to operate in senior, client-facing roles.
- Established relationships with senior leaders at electric, gas, or multi-utility companies.
- Experience across multiple parts of the utilities value chain.
- Hands-on experience leveraging data, analytics, or AI to inform strategy.
- Master's degree or other advanced education in a related field.
