About the Role
As a Streetcar Rail Electro-Mechanic, you will diagnose, test, maintain, repair, and overhaul rail/streetcar vehicles' electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems. You will conduct safety inspections, troubleshoot various components, operate shop equipment, and maintain records of repairs and inspections. The position requires flexibility to work various shifts and may involve lead duties.
About You
Required:
- Two or more years of journey-level experience in heavy rebuild, fleet, auto, equipment, or industrial mechanic experience.
- Experience performing electrical and mechanical maintenance, including diagnosing and repairing electrical and electronic systems.
Preferred:
- Completion of a two-year vocational program in heavy equipment, fleet, auto, or industrial mechanics.
- Electronics Technician Certification.
