About the Role
As a Studio Member, you will engage with potential members to understand their fitness goals, conduct studio tours, communicate membership options, and enroll new members. You will also manage leads, promote marketing campaigns, and ensure a member-centric experience by collaborating with the Studio Manager. Your responsibilities include providing a friendly check-in process, addressing member inquiries, and maintaining a clean studio environment.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Current AED/First Aid/CPR certification
- 1+ years of experience in sales or customer service, with a focus on relationship-based selling and value-building
- Reliable means of mobility for travel to studio location
Preferred:
- Experience in a fitness or wellness environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
