About the Role
As an Entry-Level Structural Engineer, you will collaborate with engineers and designers on various projects, preparing design calculations, developing specifications, and supporting drawing development. You will utilize advanced computer tools for structural analysis and design, including steel frames and foundations, while also conducting analyses for loading conditions such as wind and seismic.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s of Science in Structural/Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering with a strong academic background.
- Completion of coursework in steel and concrete design.
- Knowledge of structural engineering principles and techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
Preferred:
- Successful completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam and designation as an Engineer in Training.
- Experience with structural analysis software such as MathCad, STAAD PRO, or ANSYS.
- Familiarity with design codes and standards such as IBC, ASCE 7, and ACI 318.
