Lochmueller Group is seeking a Structural Engineering Lead - Bridge to join their team in Missouri. The role involves leading the Structural Engineering team and managing bridge design projects for DOT and local agencies.
About the Role
As a Structural Engineering Lead - Bridge, you will play a key role in the growth and leadership of the Missouri Structural team. Your responsibilities will include establishing relationships with clients, applying knowledge of bridge and transportation structures design, managing projects, reviewing project documents, and preparing scopes of work and proposals. You will also assist in business development and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering; Structural emphasis is helpful.
- Professional Engineer (PE).
- 12+ years of Structural Engineering experience with an emphasis on bridge design projects.
- Experience with project management and accounting software.
- Exceptional organization skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
