About You
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering with a structural emphasis.
- 10–15 years of engineering design experience.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, MicroStation, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and constraints.
- Willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
