About the Role
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is required; concentration in Structural Engineering is preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in structural engineering is required.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License or Engineering Intern (EI/EIT) License with the ability to obtain PE within 1-2 years is required.
- Knowledge and familiarity with industry standards and regulations of International Building and Residential Codes, ACI, ASCE-07 is required.
- Residential structural design/construction experience is preferred.
- Structural Engineering Design experience with timber, concrete, steel and retaining wall is preferred.
- Proven track record of managing mid-to-large scale engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
