About the Role
As the Structures Analysis Engineer - IFG, you will be responsible for supporting production and sustainment material review board repairs, performing stress analysis on metallic and composite materials, certifying designs through strength analysis, evaluating structural efficiency, and providing input for structural tests.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering technical discipline such as Mechanical, Aerospace, or Civil Engineering.
- Experience with structural analysis of primary and secondary airframe structure.
- Experience with metallic and composite analysis.
Preferred:
- Experience with free-body diagrams, classical hand calculations, Finite Element Analysis (FEA) pre- and post-processing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate in a team-based environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
