Summary
BNY is seeking a Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer II to join their team in Lake Mary, FL. The role involves programming scalable client-side and server-side architecture, developing tests, and fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
About the Role
As a Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer II, you will program well-designed, testable, efficient code, analyze and develop tests, maintain software functionality, participate in code reviews, and integrate software components. You will also facilitate technical discussions, promote engineering best practices, collaborate with product managers and UX designers, and mentor junior engineers.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline preferred.
- 7-9 years of full stack technical experience.
- Strong expertise in Java/Spring Boot/REST development.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Experience in test automation development using Cypress, Selenium, Cucumber, or similar.
- Working with RDBMS is required.
- Experience in Agile methodologies.
- Solid grasp of Git, CI/CD, Agile principles.
- Strong technical and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with Test-Driven-Development.
- Knowledge and experience in financial services or fintech.
