Summary
Empower Behavioral Health is seeking a Student Analyst - ABA Therapy to join their team in Pharr, TX. The role involves providing compassionate and knowledgeable care to patients through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.
About the Role
As a Student Analyst - ABA Therapy, you will engage in patient-related BACB-approved activities under BCBA oversight, assist in caregiver training, develop individualized skill acquisition programs, write behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, and provide direct ABA services to patients. You will manage 3-4 patient cases at a time and collaborate with other professionals to ensure effective treatment.
About You
Required:
- Must have RBT certification.
- Must be enrolled in a Verified Course Sequence suitable for BCBA certification.
- Completed or accrued 80% of BACB required experience hours.
- Experience working with children between the ages of 18 months to 12 years old.
- Willingness to be trained on the principles of ABA.

- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
