Vibrant ABA is seeking a Student Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join their team in New York, NY. The role is designed for BCBA students currently enrolled in an approved graduate-level ABA program, focusing on building clinical skills under supervision.
About the Role
As a Student Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will complete supervised fieldwork hours under a qualified BCBA/LBA supervisor. Your responsibilities will include gaining hands-on experience in assessment, treatment planning, data-based decision making, and caregiver training while working directly with clients. You will start by working on assigned cases as RBTs, with a minimum of 15 hours per week of restricted work and 10 hours of unrestricted work required. Availability on at least three weekdays is necessary, and after a two-week trial period, eligible students may formally enter the BCBA Student Program.
About You
Required:
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program in ABA or related field (proof of enrollment required).
- Eligible to accrue BCBA supervised fieldwork hours.
- Strong interest in clinical growth and long-term development.
- Reliable availability and professional communication.
Preferred:
- Prior ABA experience.
