Required:
- Bachelor's degree and experience in student services programs.
Preferred:
- Experience with Ellucian Colleague.
- Strong computer skills.
- Knowledge of Etrieve and CRM Recruit.
- Understanding of technical education philosophy.
- Familiarity with college, state, and federal admission regulations.
- Ability to establish effective working relationships.
- Fluency in conversational Spanish.
- Experience leading workforce training and student orientation.
- Knowledge of admission and enrollment processes.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
