About the Role
As a Student Nurse Aide, you will be responsible for performing patient care tasks for which you have received training. This includes personal care such as grooming, bathing, and dressing, as well as observing residents and reporting any conditions that require management attention. You will also assist with non-nursing tasks to support the nursing department and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
About You
Required:
- Written proof of completion of 16hr ADL training by an authorized School/Instructor.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication skills with excellent self-discipline and patience.
Preferred:
- Ability to comply with the Patient Bill of Rights and the Employee Responsibilities.
- Ability to comply with Company and departmental safety policies and procedures.
